Hotel Policies

• Check in: 2:00 pm
• Check out: 12:00 noon
• A valid Govt. Approved Identity Card is required on check in
• Credit card details are required at the time of booking

We can accommodate early arrivals and late Check outs based on the following terms and conditions, subject to availability:

• Early check in and Late Check out uptil 4 pm would be based on availability
• For early Check in at 8:00 am or late departure beyond 4:00 pm, a charge of 50% will be added to the room rate.
• For early Check in before 6:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm, a charge of 100% will be added to the room rate.

Guarantee Booking

• For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until Check out time of the day following arrival.
• For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until 5:00 pm.

Children’s Policy

• Children below 8 years of age can be accommodated in the same room without extra bed.
• Children above the age of 8 years can be provided with an extra bed at an additional cost.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the standard arrival time will be charged 50% of the reserved room rate as cancellation charge.

All cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the arrival will be charged retention of the reserved room rate.
